1. Your Agreement
1.1 This website www.360adventures.ae is operated by 360 Adventures Technology LLC, a UAE incorporated company. Please read these terms of use (“this Terms of Use”) carefully before using 360 Adventures and the services offered by 360 Adventures, its affiliated companies (together, “360 Adventures”) or the third-party operators (the “Operator”) through the 360 Adventures platform (the “Services”). “You” and “your” when used in this Terms of Use includes (1) any person who accesses the 360 Adventures platform and (2) persons for whom you purchase the Services.

3. Access and Use of the Services
3.1 Ownership of Content
3.1.1 360 Adventures, the domain name (www.360adventures.ae), subdomains, features, content, and application services (including mobile apps) are owned and operated by 360 Adventures.
3.2 Provision and Accessibility of Services
3.2.1 Subject to this Terms of Use, 360 Adventures may provide Services either directly or on behalf of Operators. Selected Services on the 360 Adventures platform are for your own use only. 360 Adventures may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time.
3.2.2 360 Adventures does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Services. You are responsible for access arrangements and ensuring all who access the Services comply with these Terms.
3.2.3 360 Adventures may revoke linking rights to its platform at its sole discretion and reserves the right to require written consent for linking.
4. User Submissions
4.1 You may provide content while using the platform. By doing so, you grant 360 Adventures and Operators the right to use such content globally and perpetually, including related intellectual property. You agree and authorize 360 Adventures to use your data per its Privacy Policy.
4.1.1 You warrant your submissions do not violate laws or third-party rights. All User Submissions are your sole responsibility.
5. Registration and Security
5.1 Account Registration
5.1.1 You may be required to register and maintain an account with 360 Adventures (“360 Adventures Account”).
5.2 User ID and Info
5.2.1 You must provide accurate information. Misrepresentation may result in account termination. 360 Adventures reserves the right to reject or cancel accounts. You are responsible for account confidentiality.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
6.1 Booking Confirmation
6.1.1 Some Services offer instant confirmation; other confirmation times are estimates.
6.2 Voucher Use
6.2.1 You may purchase vouchers via 360 Adventures. You’ll receive a confirmation and printable voucher.
6.2.2 You must appear in person and present required documents. Failure to do so may void the voucher without refund.
6.2.3 Operators may require photo ID. Lost or stolen vouchers are not replaceable. Use must comply with legal requirements.
6.3 Voucher Terms
6.3.1 Restrictions apply to voucher use and will be communicated at purchase. Vouchers are for specific dates and events.
6.4 Cancellation of Vouchers
6.4.1 Vouchers may be canceled within the stated period for a full refund.
6.4.2 Operators are solely responsible for accepting or rejecting vouchers.
6.4.3 Complaints about the service must be directed to the Operator. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
6.4.4 If the event is canceled, a full refund will be processed.

6.6 Charges

6.8.1 360 Adventures reserves the right to cancel bookings violating its policy.
6.8.2 Prices exclude taxes and additional fees.
6.8.3 Price accuracy is the Operator's responsibility. 360 Adventures cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.
6.9 These terms apply to all users worldwide.
7. Payment
7.1 Any disputes are governed by UAE laws.
7.2 UAE is the country of domicile.
7.3 Minors under 18 may not register or transact.
7.4 Payments accepted: Visa and MasterCard in AED.
7.5 Cardholders should retain transaction and policy records.
8. PayPal Checkout Service Fee Terms
8.1 A 4% fee applies to PayPal transactions to cover processing and admin costs.
8.2 Proceeding with PayPal payment indicates acceptance of these terms.
8.3 360 Adventures may change these terms anytime, with notice via the platform.
8.4 Other payment options are available without the PayPal fee.
9. Passports, Visas, Documents, Licenses & Insurances
9.1 Responsibilities
9.1.1 You must check with the destination’s consulate for entry requirements.
9.1.2 Visa and health requirements may change; verify before travel.
9.1.3 Operators may require documents or licenses for Services.
9.1.4 360 Adventures recommends purchasing travel insurance before departure.
